Their information and mentoring needs are in their CRM which is Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

I am looking for a cloud based mentoring solution for them that will use the data from Dynamics CRM, do the matching, and enable the connections and interactions between the parties within the mentoring solution itself. Potential future integration with LMS to enhance mentorship would be very nice to have.

Have you done such an integration with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM? I don’;t want to duplicate my customer data. Ideally I may want to pull some of the mentoring results into a summarized data entity in CRM.
