I beleive mentees will often know the solutions to the challenges they face, as a mentor I help by providing a space to explore issues and facilitate solutions. Hopefully building a mentee’s skills, confidence and resilience. Seeing the enthusiasm this generates and the resulting feel good factor is my reward.
